Celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at THE Blvd Restaurant at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel, with a festive 3-course prix fixe dinner from 12 PM to 9 PM.
Begin with a seasonal amuse-bouche, followed by your choice of a starter like the butternut squash soup, poached pear and candied walnut salad, pumpkin and ricotta agnolotti, or citrus cured salmon. For the main course, savor standout holiday entrées such as a maple-spiced glazed Diestel turkey, braised short rib of beef, roasted cauliflower, seared halibut, or smoked chicken roulade. The holiday menu is complete with a tantalizing dessert like the five-layer pumpkin cake, caramel apple mousse, or pecan and bourbon pie.
To round out the experience, live music will fill the room from 12 PM to 4 PM, and a poet will be on hand to transform your reflections and gratitude into a personalized verse.
